Franklin – Lara Lynn Barrett, 60, passed away December 30, 2024 in Maryview Medical Center.  She was born in Alexandria and raised in Franklin

Lara was a clerk for Holiday Foods.

Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Pauline Gay Barrett; a sister, Bridgett Ann Johnson and her husband Grady; a brother, Robert Lee Barrett; and a niece, Faith Johnson.  She was predeceased by her father, Richard Washington Barrett, Jr. and a brother, Ricky Lane Barrett.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1PM Thursday, January 9, 2025 in Wright Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Campbell officiating.  Burial will be private.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
