Carrsville – Lloyd Allen "LA" Glover, Jr., 75, passed away May 17, 2021 in the East Pavilion.  Born in Franklin, he was the son of the late Lloyd Allen Glover, Sr. and Willie Mae Askew Glover.  LA was also predeceased by a sister, Dot Benton.

LA was a longtime Isle of Wight County farmer.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Shauna Jeayne Glover; two sons, Richard Allen "Ricky" Glover, Sr. and Michael Scott Glover (Andrea); six grandchildren, Rick Glover, Jr., C. J. Glover, Mackenzie Glover, Daisy Glover, Lee Scott, and Jonathan Scott; a great grandchild, Dean Scott; and nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2PM Thursday, May 20, 2021 in Wright Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Mt. Horeb Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8PM in the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
