Windsor – Kevin Rey Murphy, 20, passed away unexpectedly on January 19, 2025.

Kevin was born in Norfolk on July 14, 2004.  He was a 2022 graduate of Windsor High School and worked at Drivers Contractors.  Kevin enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding dirt bikes and spending time with his friends.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Katherine Lynn Murphy (Ray); a sister, Briana K. Murphy (Jimiah); maternal grandfather, Sidney D. "Gan-Gan" Murphy, Jr.; his nephew, Roan Murphy; an uncle, Joseph D. Murphy (Sonja); cousin, D. J. Murphy; and a great aunt JoAnne Kitchen, and a few best buds who were like brothers, Hunter King, Jovawn Collins, and Lance Everette. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother , Linda K. Luter "MeMe" Murphy, maternal great grandmother, Cora Luter, and several great aunts and uncles.

A Visitation will be held from 6-8PM,  Friday,  January 24, 2025  in Wright Funeral Home.  The family suggests that memorial donations be made to a favorite charity.
