Carrsville – Keith Randall Keeter, 61, passed away April 11, 2020 at his home. He was a son of the late Charles O. Keeter, Jr. and Mertie "Billie" Williams Keeter and was also predeceased by a brother Earl Faison and his beloved pet Rambo.

Keith was a 1977 graduate of Franklin High School and was a retired scalesman with International Paper.  After retirement he worked at Windsor Hardware and was a member and former President and Hunt Master of the Delaware Hunt Club, a member of the Bronco Rod and Hunt Club and was the founder of the "Good Ole Boys Flounder Tournament of Franklin " that was held on the Eastern Shore for twenty years. Keith lived for hunting and fishing.

Survivors include two sons, Brandon Keeter  (Lauren) and Chad Keeter (Ellie), two grandchildren, Olivia Wilkins and Brayden Keeter, two brothers Rae Keeter (Betty) and Dean Keeter (Pat), one sister Nancy Van Horne, one aunt Cynthia Garris (Wesley), one uncle Carroll Keeter (Carol), special friend Nancy C. Caulder and her children Michael (Christie, Cali, and Alaina) and Kimberly Suits (Dustin and Hunter), nieces, nephews and his two dogs, Rusty and River.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
