Franklin – Kaye Turner Shepard, 66, passed away May 15, 2020 in Sentara Obici Hospital with her family by her side.   She was a native of Franklin and was predeceased by her husband, Billy Donald Shepard, and her father, Clyde Turner.

Kaye was a member of South Quay Baptist Church.  One of her greatest pleasures was spending time with her grandkids.

Left to cherish her memory are three daughters, Donna Spivey (Ed), Kathy Huggins, and Melissa Hartless (Shawn); a son Otis Bradley Shepard; her mother, Lois Darden Turner; two sisters, Janet T. Kerkove and Faye Johnson; three brothers, Steven C. Turner (Kathy), Daniel K. Turner, and Henry R. Turner (Sarah); eight grandchildren, Zach Shepard, Shyanne Spivey, Kinston Shepard, Jacob Turner, Kelsie Shepard, Jackson Spivey, Wyatt Huggins, and Grace Kelly Shepard; and nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  The family suggests that memorial donations be made to South Quay Baptist Church.
