Franklin - Kathy Irene Turner, 70, passed away on September 5, 2020, in the East Pavilion.  Born August 14, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Melvin Harvey Turner and Evelyn Lois Turner Benton.  She was also predeceased by two sisters Ann Owens and Betty Jean Moorefield.

Left to cherish her memory is two sisters Brenda Kizer (Bill) and Sandra Heeren (Paul), two brothers Melvin Turner, Jr. and Milton Benton (Amy), and a host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

A private service will be held at a later date.
