Pendleton NC- Kathy Dunlow Cooke, 62, passed away October 10, 2015. She was born in Roanoke Rapids, NC and brought up in Franklin. She was a graduate of Franklin High School and a member of Boykins Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her father, Luther L. Dunlow.

Surviviors include her husband Jimmy Allen Cooke, her mother, Katherine Baugham Dunlow of the home, a brother, J.L. Dunlow (Darlene) of Myrtle Beach, SC, a nephew, Michael Dunlow of Woodbridge, VA, a niece, Serenity Anne "Reni" Cooke, two brothers-in-law, Robert K. Cooke and Timothy H. Cooke (Becky) and four aunts, Bonnie Dunlow , Evelyn Baines (Aaron), Helen Caldwell and Pearl Brown (Alton).

A funeral service will be held at 2PM Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at Boykins Baptist Church with Rev. Floyd T. Irby, Jr. officiating . Burial will follow in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 PM Monday at Wright Funeral Home Boykins Chapel and suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society for brain cancer research. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
