Katherine Paige Atkinson, 51, of Wakefield, formerly of Dinwiddie, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at her home. Kathy was a member of Wakefield United Methodist Church.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Gypsy Rollings and her husband, Gardner and Mack L. Atkinson, sister, Sharee A. Burn, brother, Michael A. Atkinson, niece, Tabatha R. Atkinson and step-sisters, Alice Gail Matthews and Leslie R. Goodrich.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Wakefield United Methodist Church with Pastor Willie Guill officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, is serving the family.
