Suffolk – Karen Bernadette Williams Mulder, age 52, passed away January 3, 2017 at Sentara Obici Hospital. Karen was a native of Suffolk and was a member of Holland Baptist Church. She was a nurse for the Southampton Correctional Center.

Survivors include her mother, Claudette Hedgepeth Williams, a daughter, Olivia Mulder of Suffolk, a son, Zachary S. Mulder stationed with the US Army in Washington State, a sister, Debbie Bradshaw of Suffolk and her former husband, Robbie Mulder of Suffolk.

She was predeceased by her father, Bernie Lee Williams.

A memorial service will be held at 7PM Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Holland Baptist Church with the Rev. Matthew Johnson officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Holland Baptist Church. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
