Karen P. King, of Franklin, VA, age 67, passed away July 18, 2021, quietly in her home after a short battle with cancer. Born October, 7, 1953 she was the daughter of the late Clyde & Bertha Piper of Cumberland, Md.

She is survived by her husband of almost 49 years, Cecil King, her daughters, Gena (Bug) King, Tricia King, and Lisa King, grandsons, Miles, William and Brody; her pet hummingbirds, and Doodles the cat.

Services will be private.
