Franklin – Judy Mason Cutchins, 68, passed away on December 25, 2022 in her home with family by her side.  Born and raised in Isle of Wight County, she was a daughter of the late Carl Edward Mason and Eva Briley Mason.

Judy was a 1972 graduate of Franklin High School and was an Agriculture Inspector for the Virginia Dept. of Agriculture for over 20 years.   She was a member of Franklin Church of God.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Gary C. Cutchins; two daughters, Paula C. Bradin and her husband Scott and Janet C. Deyo and her husband Jeremy; a sister, Linda M. Joyner (Harry); four brothers, Charles Mason, Ricky Mason (Alice), Jimmy Mason, and Chris Mason; five grandchildren, Carolina, Carlee, Landon, and Luke Bradin and Penelope Deyo; a special cousin, Mabel Bagley (Bobby); and a hosts of nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2PM Thursday, December 29, 2022 in Wright Funeral Home with Rev. Howard L. Vinson Jr. and Rev. Matt Kidd officiating.  Burial will follow in Southampton Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, P. O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
