Suffolk – Chaplain Judith Paige "Judy" Worrell, 79, passed away April 13, 2024 in her home.  Born and raised in Suffolk, she was a daughter of the late Herman Lafayette Worrell and Anne Adams Worrell Gayle.  She was also predeceased by a baby brother.

Judy had a Master's Degree and was a Chaplain for Riverside Hospital in Newport News and Carrolton Volunteer Fire Department.  She was a member of Radiant Life Ministries.

Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Linda W. Hall; a niece, Anita Hall Justice (Brian); a nephew, Kenneth Ray Hall, Jr.; two great nieces, Jessica and Danielle Hall; a great nephew, Colin Harrell; and two great great nieces, Addison and Autumn Joncas.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11AM Friday, April 19, 2024 in Radiant Life Ministries, 110 Kilby Shores Dr. in Suffolk with Pastor Jonathan Michalak and Pastor Don Milner officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens in Suffolk.  The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30PM Thursday in Wright Funeral Home in Franklin and suggests that memorial donations be made to Radiant Life Ministries or the Carrolton Volunteer Fire Department.
