Windsor – Judean Mary Ann Williams, 74, passed away peacefully at her home October 21, 2014. Mrs. Williams was born in Ute, Iowa and was a daughter of the late Carl and Hazel Ulven. A Navy wife, she was a former resident of Virginia Beach and Cumberland. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 46 years, George Charles Williams, who passed away in 2003. Mrs. Williams was also predeceased by a son, Roger David Williams, and a great-grandson, Aiden Johnson. She was a member of Tarwallet Baptist Church in Cumberland.

Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Janet W. Wilson of Richmond and Inga W. Johnson (Donald) of Windsor; one son, Carl Williams (Steffanie)of Richmond; one sister, Marla U. Greer of California; six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, November 1, 2014, at 237A Tarwallet Road in Cumberland, VA. Inurnment will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
