Franklin – Joyce Anne Roberts Rollison, 65, passed away on September 26, 2023 in her home with her family by her side.  Born in Ridgeway, VA, she was a daughter of the late Lewis Roberts and Josephine Lester.  She was also predeceased by a sister, Bobbie Lou Roberts.

Joyce was a graduate of Franklin High School and was retired from the OBGYN office in Franklin.  She enjoyed Nascar racing especially in Martinsville, long neck Budweisers, and fishing in the river.  She loved to cook and feed people.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 30 years, Mark Rollison; two sons, Trey Rollison and Ryan Lynn; a brother, Rob Roberts (Betsy); three grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1PM Sunday, October 1, 2023 in Mountain View Cemetery in Ridgeway, VA.  The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
