Joyce Lee Dotson

Franklin – Joyce Lee Dotson, 89, passed away Tuesday August 6, 2024 at the

East Pavillion . She was born December 2, 1934 in Norfolk , a daughter of the late Harry Clifford Bull and the late Helen Harrison Bull.

Joyce was a graduate of Norview High School and was  a longtime resident of Norfolk.  She was retired as a Customer Service Representative for VEPCO.

Joyce is survived by a daughter , Tesa Fentress of Tampa , Fl. , a son,  Jack Dotson (Diane) of Suffolk , Va. four grandchildren , Lenny Fentress, Kevin Fentress, Brian Dotson (Emily)  and Stephanie Dotson, five great grandchildren, Joshua, Angelina and  Sophia Fentress, Malachi and Shravani Dotson.

A graveside service will be held at  11:00 AM Saturday August 10, 2024, at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk , Va. with Pastor Rick Mayhue officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice
