Boykins – Joseph Harrold Vick, 39, passed away April 9, 2010. He was born in Franklin, was a graduate of Southampton High School, and was a kiln operator at Atlantic Wood Industries. Joe was a member of Newsoms Baptist Church.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Amy Fowler Vick; his mother, Carolyn Harrick Montgomery and husband, Ray; his father, William H. Vick, Jr. and wife, Diane; his twin-brother, Johnathan D. Vick and wife, Cathy; step-sister, Tammy Mulder Vick; sister-in-law, Tara Fowler; two nieces, Selena and Cheyanne Vick; and two nephews, James C. and O'Bryan Vick.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 pm Tuesday in Beechwood Cemetery with the Rev. Jason Wise officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of his in-laws, Bill and Patsy Fowler, 28327 Cypress Bridge Road, Newsoms. Wright Funeral Home is assisting the family.
