Franklin – Joseph Richard "Dick" Hachey, 90, passed away March 14, 2018 in VCU/MCV Medical Center in Richmond. He was born November 10, 1927, in Toledo, OH to the late Anthony and Diane Hachey. Mr. Hachey was an Army veteran, Merchant Marine, and Navy veteran and was a retired Assistant City Attorney for the city of Kansas City, MO.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Marilyn Hickman Hachey; a daughter Gerri Hachey; three sons Glen (Becky), Mark (Shirley), and Russell (Marie) Hachey; two grandchildren Micayla Hendershot and Vanessa Downing; and his precious dog Noah.
