Franklin- Joseph Allen DeLancey, 74, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2016 at his home. He was a son of the late Charles DeLancey and Catherine Frankhouser DeLancey.
He was an US Airforce veteran and retired as a building engineer.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Joanne Gundel DeLancey, two daughters, two sons, a sister, a brother and five grandchildren.
