Joice Marie Ezzell, 75, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Southampton Memorial Hospital. Ms. Ezzell was a daughter of the late Edward and Marjorie Louise Stewart, and was predeceased by a daughter, Lori Price and a brother Edward Stewart, Jr. She was a retired accountant. Left to cherish her memory is a daughter, Cheryl Brown Sifford (Darryl) of Capron, VA; son, Robert L. Brown, Jr. of Henderson, NC; six grandchildren, Michele Walker, Lauren Brown, Christopher Sifford, Robert Brown III, Blake Brown and Sierra Brown; six great grandchildren, Joshua Jenks, Melanie Brown, Natalie Werndli, Shane Brown, Lori Cooke, Zachery Pendergrass, and many nieces and nephews, including Marjorie Stewart, Brenda Stewart, and Jackie Stewart all of Puerto Rico.
A memorial service will be held at 5:30PM, Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Wright Funeral Home, 206 W. Fourth Ave., Franklin, VA with the Rev. Hoyle Green officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
