Sedley- Jerry Donald Keech, 79, passed away Friday April 24, 2026 in his home surrounded by his family. Jerry was born in Franklin April 10, 1947 to the late Lester Earl Keech and Angelena Glover Keech. He was also predeceased by two brothers, Ronald Keech and David Keech. He was a 1965 graduate of Windsor High School and a former Virginia National Guardsman. He was a retired mechanic in the maintenance department of Union Camp and retired owner of K & K Automotive and K & K Mechanical Contractors, Inc.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 52 years, Dorothy "Dot" Vargo Keech, a daughter, Jerri Lynne Baugham (Wayne), a son, Travis Keech, a brother, Carl W. Keech, 6 grandchildren, Loren and Ashlyn Keech, Jessica Johnson (Chris), Brittany Baugham, Baylee Clark (Aaron), Colby Baugham (Shelby), 11 great grandchildren and host of nieces and nephews.

A Graveside funeral with Military Honors will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, April 30, 2026 at Rosemont Cemetery with pastor Tony Dunn officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
