Ivor – Jeffrey Vaughan Pulley, 68, passed away July 22, 2026.  Born in Richmond, he was a son of the late Robert Holden Pulley Sr. and Nancy Vaughan Pulley and was also predeceased by his brother, Robert H. "Bob" Pulley, Jr. and his son-in-law, Jeffrey Holt.  He lived on the family farm in Ivor until the day he died in his sleep.

Jeffrey was a 1975 graduate of Tidewater Academy and a graduate of Nashville Auto-Diesel College.  He was a member of Tucker Swamp and Ivor Hunt Clubs and a former member of Ivor Volunteer Fire and Rescue.  Jeffrey was the owner of Cedar Lawn Farms, a Century Farm, and a former co-owner of Prescription Fertilizer Company.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 47 years, Theresa "Terry" Pittman Pulley; two daughters, Kay Holt (Nicholas Heimsoth) and Alison Vaughan Pulley Pinkus (Jason); a sister, Jane Pulley Piggins (Tom); two grandchildren, Peyton Belle Holt and Jacob David "Jake" Holt; brothers and sisters-in-law; and family friends Fred Brown and Kathy Moore.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2PM Sunday, July 26, 2026 in the Pulley Family Cemetery in Ivor with Rev. Dr. Charles Qualls officiating.  The family suggests that memorial donations be made to Ivor Volunteer Fire Department, P. O. Box 213, Ivor, VA  23866.
