Jeffery Michael Noia

Franklin – Jeffery Michael "Jeff" Noia, 65, passed away July 26, 2026 in his home with his family by his side.  Born in Yonkers, NY and raised in Suffern, NY, he was a son of the late Anthony Michael Noia and Sharon Tucker Gattuso.  He was also predeceased by a sister, Terri Joyner.

Jeff was a retired Lead Operator for the City of Franklin Public Works Dept. with 29 years of service.  He was also a former firefighter for Franklin Fire and Rescue.  Jeff liked the New York Yankees, relaxing at Topsail Beach, and enjoying time with his grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved, Peggy Jordan; two daughters, Nicole Noia Council (Ryan) and McKenna Noia (Josh); two sons, Justin Noia (Jessica) and Jackson Noia (Maddie); four sisters, Jackie Alexander (Tony), Lisa Grande, Ashley Notte, and Trinity Noia; a brother, Michael Noia (Beth); four grandchildren, Skylar Carr, Cohen Council, Tatum Council, and Jase Noia; and a special cousin, Shari Owen (Bob).

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Caring House, 2625 Pickett Rd., Durham, NC 27705, Franklin Fire and Rescue, or the Leukemia Society.
