Conway- Jefferey Neil " J-Boe" Bailey, Jr., 25, passed away November 6, 2011. Jefferey was born in Franklin, VA and was a graduate of Northampton East High School. He was employed as a material handler and flaking operator with Resinall Corporation.
Left to cherish his memory is his parents, Sharon and Tommy Rose of Severn; two sisters, Angel Randall and Jennifer Bryant (Patrick) and two brothers, Jason and Brandon Rose.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at Severn Baptist Church with the Rev. Brent Hobbs officiating . Burial will follow in Severn Cemetery. The family will receive friends today (Tuesday) from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wright Funeral Home, Boykins, VA.
