Como, NC - Jeanette Trotman Racette passed on to meet her daughter, Kimberly, and son, Christopher in heaven on March 5, 2025.  Her precious husband, William, and adored son Brandon (Will) protected her until her body courageously released her from her cancer journey. The daughter of Albert and Ruth Trotman, and daughter-in-law of George Racette who predeceased her, she embraced life with spunk and enduring love for her family and friends.

Her granddaughters Ky and Adilyn Racette, Jasmine Cazares, and Rose Foulis are her pride and joy, and she leaves them a lifetime of love.  She is also survived by her sweet mother-in-law, Frances Racette.

A Southampton Memorial Hospital employee for over 30 years, she treasured the many friendships and relationships she nurtured there. A simple gathering of memory sharing and snacking will be held on Sunday, March 9th at 2:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall of Franklin Presbyterian Church, 405 Lee St, Franklin, VA.  Friends are encouraged to be casual and share a memory to celebrate Jeanette.
