Franklin – Jeanette Pandora McAllister, Ph.D., 51, passed away November 9, 2017 at her home with her husband Eddie and faithful companion Hannah by her side. Jeanette was born in Orlando, FL and was a daughter of the late J.P. Morgan and Carolyn Hughes Morgan and was also predeceased by a brother John Morgan and two sisters, Donna Green and Charlotte McLawhorn.

Jeanette received her Master's Degree from Old Dominion University and her Ph.D. from Virginia Tech. She was appointed by Governor McAuliffe to the State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind and Vision Impaired. Jeanette was a member of Cedar Rd. Chapel , Chesapeake.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Edward Lee McAllister, two sons, Ronnie Schubert, Jr. of Crossville, TN and Calvin Schubert of Cleveland, TN, a sister Alta Rowe of San Antonio, TX, a brother Ricky Morgan of Benton, TN, mother-in-law Anna McAllister and sister-in-law Tracey McAllister both of Virginia Beach, VA.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 PM Saturday November 11, 2017 at Cedar Rd. Chapel, Chesapeake with the Rev. Terry Reel officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
