Franklin - Jean Drewry Rawls, 91, died March 26, 2017 in Suffolk, VA. She was the daughter of the late William Henry Drewry and Lutie Branch Drewry, the youngest of nine children.

She is survived by her husband, Sol Waite Rawls, Jr., one daughter, Cynthia W. Cotton and two grandchildren, Will and Ashley Cotton all of Franklin, VA.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Elizabeth Butterworth and Virginia Lyon and six brothers, William, West, Wayne, Augustus, Forrest and Richard.
