Franklin – Janice Paige Parker, 65, passed away October 16, 2023, in her home.  Born in Florida, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Edward Parker and Mary Everett Parker.  She was also predeceased by her husband, William S. "Billy" Harrison; a step-son, William Joseph "Billy" Harrison; and a brother, Kenneth Everett.

Janice was a graduate of Windsor High School and a waitress for The Village at Woods Edge.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Kristie Nicole Harrison (Paul Magette) of Franklin; a step-son, Robert Stanley "Stan" Harrison (Traci) of Richmond; her brother, Kerry Parker; and three grandchildren.

Services will be private.
