Franklin – James Kenneth "Kenny" Wiggins, 57, died Sunday, October 18, 2009 at his residence. He was born in Suffolk, a son of the late Joseph and Cleo Early Wiggins. Kenny was predeceased by his son, Kenneth Wayne Wiggins and a brother, Joseph J. Wiggins, Jr. He was a truck driver for G & G Farm Services and a former merchant marine.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Gambrell Wiggins; a step-son, Timothy "Red" Gambrell; his brother, Curtis Wiggins; and three uncles, Horace, Pete, and J. B. Wiggins.
