Franklin – James Daniel "Jim" Sarka, 53, passed away April 1, 2025 in his home.  He was born and raised in Ohio and formerly of Virginia Beach. Jim was a Master Electrician.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Judy Vandercook; his companion of 27 years, Tonya Sue Denig; his aunt, Mary Butts; and his siblings, Jennie, Richard James, John Joseph, Michael Joseph, Laura Ann, Douglas James, and Michael James.  He is predeceased by a sister, Crystal Rose.

Services will be private.
