Franklin – Herman Alvin "Al" Parker, Jr., 61, passed away February 22, 2025 in his home with family by his side.

Al was born and raised in Franklin and had been involved with Boy Scouts.  He was a sanitation worker for the City of Franklin and a member of Franklin Congregational Christian Church.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 16 years, Teresa Ann Parker; his mother, Doris Myers; a step-son, Michael Duff; two daughters, Niki Parker and Debbie Jean Lester; and two grandchildren, Malachi and Symberr.  He was predeceased by his father, Alvin Parker, Sr.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM Thursday, February 27, 2025 in Wright Funeral Home with Rev. James H. Hyatt, Jr. and Rev. Robert Lyons officiating. Burial will be private.
