Franklin – Harry Clyde Waterfield, 75, passed away February 4, 2017 at his home. A native of Norfolk, Harry was the son of the late William Lev and Ruth Waterfield. He was predeceased by his wife Pat, two sisters, Mildred Robinson and Evelyn Johnson and two brothers, Willie and Edward Waterfield.

He was an Army Veteran and a retired shipbuilder.

Survivors include two sons, Waynne Waterfield of Pembroke, MA and David Waterfield, Sr. and his wife Karyn of Suffolk, one sister, Ruth Simpson of Suffolk and one brother, William Waterfield (Betty) of Aulander, five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and dear friends, Dave Van Gorder and Millie Allmond and his beloved cats.

Services will be private.

Because of his love of animals especially cats it is suggested that in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Portsmouth Humane Society or the Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughter in Norfolk. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
