Franklin- Harry Dillard Drewery, 90, widower of Ruth Mayton Drewery, passed away February 6, 2014 at the East Pavilion. Born in Isle of Wight County, he was a son of the late Arthur Leigh and Florence Howell Drewery and was predeceased by five sisters, Louise Carr, Charlotte Marie Drewery, Mary Gavin, Virginia Carr and Florence Bland and a brother, Jesse Drewery. Harry was retired from Union Camp Corporation where he was a paper maker. He was a member of Mt. Carmel Christian Church.
Survivors include in-laws, nieces, nephews and numerous other family members. A graveside funeral will be held 2 PM Saturday, February 8, 2014 in Capron Cemetery with the Rev. Rita Kanten officiating.
