VA. Beach – Herbert Lee Williams, 79, passed away October 12, 2007. In Wilmington, N.C. Lee was a former resident of VA. Beach and was the widower of Joyce Barrington Williams of Franklin.
Survivors include a sister, Mary Catherine Williams AcKiss of Wilmington, N.C. and a brother Sgt Major Frank Williams, US Army Retired, of Oklahoma City.
A graveside service will be held at 1 pm Saturday at Southampton Memorial Park, Franklin, VA.
