Franklin – Glenn Wilson Bridges, 71, a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather, passed away suddenly on July 31, 2016. A lifelong resident of Franklin, Glenn was a son of the late Gordon Wilson and Mary Scott Bridges and was a hardworking and honest contractor and a licensed barber. He was a member of Harvest Christian Fellowship.

He will be greatly missed by his wife of 51 years, Patsy Atkinson Bridges; his two daughters, Rachel B. Blythe, and her husband, David, and Glenda Bridges, all of Franklin; his brother, Hubert Bridges and his wife, Linda; his two grandchildren, Mollie Patricia Strozier and her husband, Bradley, and Clay Blythe and his girlfriend, Caitlin Morris; his great-grandson, Keegan James Strozier and his grand-dogs, JT, Banjo, Abbie, Hunter and Miles. He was predeceased by a sister, Nancy B. Carter.

The funeral service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday at Wright Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Wright and Rev. Susie Atkinson officiating.
