Suffolk – Franklin Beale Fowler, 84, of Green City, MO, formerly of Warner Robins, GA and Dadeville and Montgomery, AL passed away March 22, 2017 in Green City, MO. He was born on December 26, 1932 in Franklin, VA a son of the late Charlie and Willie Beale Fowler. He was also predeceased by his wife, Katie Yi Fowler, son Barry Dale Fowler, brothers, Charlie Fowler, Hollywood, FL and Joseph Lee Fowler and his wife Shirley of Suffolk, VA.

Mr. Fowler was in the United States Air Force for 26 years before retiring in 1974. Following his retirement he was self-employed in Montgomery, AL.

Those left to mourn the passing of Mr. Fowler includes his sons, Charles Yi Cummings and wife Susanne, Steward Drafts, VA, Raymond Fowler, TX, Earl T. Fowler and wife Rita, Wetumpka, AL and Eric E. Fowler and wife Chris, Warner Robins, GA, daughters, Nancy Marie Fowler, Warner Robins, GA and Lois DeBoeuf and husband, Thomas A. DeBoeuf of Green City, MO, one brother, David T. Fowler and wife Flossie, Suffolk, VA, nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren along with his special friends from Montgomery and Dadeville, AL, VA and Warner Robins, GA.

A funeral will be conducted at 11AM Wednesday March 29, 2017 in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin with the Rev. John D. Watson officiating Burial will follow with full Military Honors in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
