Sedley – Frank Sumner Landen, 92, formerly of Windsor, passed away October 4, 2017. Frank was born in Indiana and was the husband of the late Elaine Marie Landen.
Survivors include his twin brother George Landen of GA and friends and caregivers Jennifer and Andrew Doyle.
