Holland - Frances Councill Eubank, 88, died Friday, February 24, 2017 at Ligonier Gardens, Ligonier, PA She was born February 20, 1929 in Suffolk, VA, (Nansemond County) a daughter of the late Harvey L. and Sarah Daughtry Councill. In addition to her parents Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Eubank in 2008. She graduated from Holland High School as class president in 1946. After attending Madison College for two years she became a secretary and served at Holland Elementary and High School for two years. Then she became an executive secretary at Union Camp Corporation and remained there for over thirty years retiring in 1994. She is survived by a daughter, Joan (Dr. Vincent) DeCosmo of Ligonier, and two grandchildren, Stephen and Melissa DeCosmo. A funeral will be held at 10AM Thursday March 2, 2017 at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin with the Rev. Matthew Johnson officiating. The burial will follow at Holland Cemetery. A reception will follow the service at 12 noon at The Village at Woods Edge .
