Suffolk – Evelyn Ione Jozwick-Hickok, 66, of Suffolk, VA, passed away September 18, 2013 with her family at her side. Mrs. Hickok was born in Fayetteville, NC and was a long time former resident of Napa, CA. She was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Evelyn Morgan, her brother, Jack Morgan, Jr. and her husband, Curtis Hickok. Mrs. Hickok was a member of True Word Christian Church, Franklin, VA and the Daughters of the Confederacy.
A very well loved mom and grandmom, she leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Kathleen Worth and her husband, Charles, of Boykins, VA and Tina Norman and husband, Paul, of Napa, CA; one sister, Patricia Spencer and husband, John, of Florida and four grandchildren, John Worth, Andréa Worth, David Worth and Steven Lewis.
The funeral will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at True Word Christian Church with the Rev. Charles Worth officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park in Virginia Beach. The family will receive friends at Chuck and Kathy Worth's residence and suggest memorial donations be made to the MS Foundation, 6520 North Andrews Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 or to True Word Christian Church, 31269 General Thomas Highway, Franklin, VA 23851. Wright Funeral Home, Franklin has charge of arrangements.
