Franklin – Emma Reed Lowe, beloved infant daughter and granddaughter, passed away March 20, 2013 at Children's Hospital of the King's Daughter. Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Todd Alexander Lowe and Teresa Arnold Lowe, of Franklin; maternal grandparents, David and Angelina Arnold, of Gates, NC; and paternal grandmother, Becky Beale Lowe, of Franklin.
