Carrsville – Elizabeth Joy Pannell, precious 13 month old daughter of Benjamin Joseph and Shannon Taylor Pannell, passed away February 27, 2007. Her parents, her grandparents, Sebastian Tuccitto, Alyce Taylor, Tom and Jan Pannell and great-grandparents, Charles and Ruth Waters, Inez Pannell, and Eunice Curtis will all cherish her memory.
She will never leave us, that little one. Everyone who met her remembers her bright blue eyes and sunshine smile. She brightened days on both sides of the Atlantic. We will never forget the light she shared with every smile.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Rock Church of Franklin with Pastor David Dillon officiating. Interment will follow in Southampton Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from
7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the church. Wright Funeral Home is assisting the family.
