Franklin – Edward David Keeter, 86, a resident of the Village at Woods Edge, passed away November 4, 2013 at Southampton Memorial Hospital. A native of Franklin, he was a son of the late Eddie and Lelia Brock Keeter.
He was a retired Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and was a veteran of World War II and the Korean and Vietnam wars.
Survivors include his brother, Frank Keeter (Sarah), of Waverly, nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be a gathering of family and friends at 2 PM on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the Village at Woods Edge. Burial will be private. Wright Funeral Home is assisting the family. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
