Carrsville – Earnestine Drake Wade, 75, went to be with her Lord April 27, 2014. She was born January 18, 1939 in Southampton County to the late Joseph and Virgie Coggsdale Cutchins. Earnestine was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Elmo Drake, and her second husband, Millard J. Wade, Jr.; her four brothers, J.C., Roger, Carlton and Jack Cutchins and her two sisters, Blanche Haldeman and Thelma Williams.

Our beloved and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Sharon Lee and Renee Wade and her fiancé, Bucky Gyoker; one son, Rick Drake; two sisters, Bernice Rogers and Faye Porter and her husband, Kenneth; two grandchildren, Chelsey and Chad Herman; Earnestine's loving fiancé, Stanley "Pete" Byrd; daughter-in-law, Diane P. Drake and special family friend, Jonas Carpenter.
