Capron - Donna Lee Withers, 56, died June 3, 2014 at Southampton Memorial Hospital. A native of Capron, she was the daughter of the late Robert Reese Withers, Sr. and Emma Della Lewis Withers. She worked at Narricot, ITG in Boykins and was a member of Capron United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, August Reese Ringer of Capron; two brothers, Dandridge Leon Withers of Harrisonburg and Robert Reese Withers, Jr. and his wife, Pattie, of Courtland; two nephews, Jonathan Reese Withers and his wife, Molly, of Berwyn, PA and Randy Withers of Suffolk; two nieces, Tara Haynes and her husband, Daniel, of Fort Sumter, SC and Karen Blanton and her husband, Ryan, of Norfolk; special friends, Tracy Bradshaw and Cindy Pearson; and many great nieces and nephews, along with many more friends.
A graveside funeral will be held at 10 AM Friday, June 6, 2014 at Capron Cemetery with Pastor Nancy Palmer officiating. There will be a reception at the Capron Community House following the service. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday at Wright Funeral Home and other times at the residence and suggest memorials be made to Capron United Methodist Church, P. O.
