Windsor – Donald Grey Womack, 81, passed away September 21, 2014. He was a son of the late Willie and Velma Seamster Womack. Mr. Womack was a retired insurance agent and an ordained minister. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the George F. Dashiell American Legion Post 49 and VFW of Smithfield and the Virginia Sheriff's Institution.

Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Jane Moore Womack; one daughter, Lisa W. Wade, one step-daughter, Kathy G. Holt; three sons, Randy Womack, Tony Womack and Donald Womack, Jr.; two step-sons, Lee Gray and David Gray; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 11 AM Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin with the Rev. Jim Goebel officiating. Burial will follow at Southampton Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 PM Wednesday, September 24, at the funeral home and suggests memorials may be made to Liberty Baptist Church, 116 Romans Road, Suffolk, VA 23434. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
