Franklin – Dianna Smith Belvin, 76, passed away February 12, 2025 in Nans Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing.  Born in Great Bridge, she was the daughter of the late Clifton Merle Smith and Bonnie Marie Sawyer Smith and was also predeceased by her husband George Lewis Belvin, three sisters, and a brother.

Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Stacey B. Phillips and Tracey Gibson; a sister Barbara Edwards; and two grandchildren, Briar Phillips (Destiny) and Brook Phillips Rhoney (Timothy).
