Courtland – Dennis Wayne Butler, 56, passed away June 26, 2012 at Golden Living Center in Petersburg. Born in Franklin, he was a son of the late William Robert Butler, Jr. and Betty Shufflebarger Butler. Dennis was a graduate of Southampton High School and the owner and operator of Dennis Butler Trucking.
Left to cherish his memory is his brother, Paul Lee Butler of Franklin, one niece, Amanda Lee Butler and a nephew, Paul Wayne Butler.
A graveside service will be held at 10 AM Monday, July 2, 2012 at Southampton Memorial Park with the Rev. James H. Hyatt, Jr. officiating. www.wrightfuneralhome.org.
