Branchville – Delores Jean Engle Vicknair, 67, widower of Wayne P. Vicknair, passed away October 14, 2012. Delores was also predeceased by her first husband Edwin Smith, Sr. Born in St. Louis, MO and reared in Louisiana, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Nora Cecil Engel. Mrs. Vicknair was a Protestant and a former nurse.
Survivors include two daughters, Virsie Fay Damrill and Paula Smith; two sons, Edwin Smith, Jr. and Paul Smith; sister, Sue Barron; brothers, Roy Engle (Mary) and Tommy Engle; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
