Carrsville – Deborah Leigh Carr, 69, passed away February 7, 2022 in Consulate Healthcare of Windsor.  Born in Franklin and raised in Carrsville, she was the daughter of the late Raleigh Lee Carr and Mary Ida Parker Carr.

Deborah was a graduate of Windsor High School and a retired secretary for Drake Tire Company.

Left to cherish her memory is her brother, Ricky Lynn Carr of Carrsville; a niece, Jessica Carr (Tyler); a great niece, Ida Lee Carr; and a close friend, Joann Drake.
