Boykins- Colleen Dawn Mostert (nee Rowat) peacefully slipped the bonds of earth to meet her Lord on February 5, 2021. She was born in Pretoria, South Africa, on October 25, 1932. She was a graduate of Sir John Adamson High School in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she was head prefect. After marrying Errol Edwin Mostert she worked in the family manufacturing business until her retirement. Dawn and Errol moved to the US in the late 90s and moved to Boykins several years later. They were married for 66 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Maurice Rowat and Mabel Rowat (nee Crossey), her only sibling, George (Jock) Rowat, and her husband Errol Mostert.

She is survived by her only son, Mark (Deborah), step-grand-daughters Amanda (Tuan) and Megan (Nick) and four great-grandchildren, Harper, Jack, Henry, and Maura.

A graveside service will be held at 11AM, Wednesday, February 10, 2021 in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins with Rev. Raymond Bunn officiating.
