Elizabeth City, NC – Daniel Glenn "Danny" Vasser, 56, passed away June 17, 2022 in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Born in Franklin on April 19, 1966, he was a son of Shirley Munford Vasser and the late Edward Lawrence Vasser.

Danny was a heavy machinery mechanic and logger.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Sheila Jane Davenport Vasser; his mother; a daughter, Danielle Vasser (Michael Mayer); three brothers, Edward Lawrence Vasser, Jr. (Julie), Steven Vasser, and Douglas Vasser (Laura); a grandson, Noah Grant Vasser; three nieces, Kelsey Vasser, Carla Vasser, and Cassidy Vasser; and his two beloved dogs, Buster and Bella.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3PM on Saturday, July 2, 2022 in Wright Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Poe officiating.
